Mafia came with car, should I used it?

Bought this 03 cobra with Bissani Exhaust, billet flow 2.8 sc pulley, idler pulley, cold air intake and the guy gave me a hypertech tuner and a diablo mafia. Should I use the mafia with this set up and what would I set it at? Thanks!

Thats an odd combo, unless maybe he had a KB on it inthe past?
The Mafia requires custom tuning, I'd get with a local tuner to see how the car sits and to determine if it is needed.
