I Noticed Something about the newest crom

Post by HeLLSPaWN »

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona Edition 5.7
I have been using a U7137 to flash it.
I updated the latest CROM about 2 months ago and applied the 93 Tune.
I wanted to go back to the 91 tune but something about the new CROM has changed.
The tuner allowed me to go from 93 to 91 without applying the original tune first. It has the original and will allow me to install it as far as I know.
So My question is was this implemented into the new crom or is this just a fluke.
I remember it used to make me install the original before changing tunes.

You have always been able to switch between tunes without having to go back to the original backup. You could go from 93 to modified stock to 91 back to 93 one right after the other (for instance).

I'm pretty sure r04 used to make me go back to the original before I could change.
But I could be wrong.
The Process just seemed different when I did it last night
