05 cummins idle issues

I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH THE U7130 ON MY 05 CUMMINS DIESEL. WITH THE TUNE INSTALLED MY TRUCK HAS A TERRIBLE IDLE, SOUNDS LIKE RUNNING OUT OF FUEL. IN COLD WEATHER IT WILL IDLE UP SUDDENLY. CURIOUS TO ANY UPDATES AVAILABLE SOON OTHER THAN 9RVO5 OR ANY ONE KNOW OF HOW TO FIX. STILL HAVE A BUCKING ISSUE OCCASIONALLY WHEN DESCENDING DOWN A HILL.

Do you have a trouble code saying control module not programmed? I have an 05 and mine started doing that right after I got it back from the dealer, Replaced an exhaust Manifold. They should not even been in the program. But I know they did because of a peice of tape I put on it was removed.
