M1000 Extreme Puck Issues on IH DT466 and DT530

This thread concerns the 3ea M1000 Extreme Pucks that were returned and repaired as part of RMA 10128.
Apparently, these 3 pucks will all throw the engine into limp mode, with a corresponding 'check engine' light. At low throttle positions, they seem to work ok, but at half-throttle, or more, the owners are forced to pull over, shut the truck down, and re-start, in order to clear limp mode.
Any thoughts, or ideas, as to what may be wrong or what we can do about this?
Also, is there a way for the customer to determine what is causing the engine light to come on? (1997 DT466, 2001 DT466, and 2002 DT530).
Please let me know as soon as possible, as the customer is getting rather upset with us, on this. Or, please forward a phone number, and I will have the customer work with you directly.
Thank you!
Tom
