Is this the problem so many of you guys were complaining of? My truck had been running great so I never uploaded the newest version of the programing until the bugs got worked out. I guess I need to upload it now.....

Well, my truck started jerking today!!!
I was heading down to Va Beach to get my new clutch installed when all of a sudden the truck started bucking and jerking and a CEL came on. I had the cruise on going about 70mph when this happened. I slowed down to where it smoothed out and continued on my way with no more problems after another 250 miles. When I went to clear the code it did not find any codes thrown but the CEL was still on. I cleared it and everything seems fine.

the miss I was complaining about was very intermittent and felt like the ignition cutting out in a gasser.....only for a second or so. It never threw a CEL, though. It would happen maybe 3-4 times in a 100 mile highway trip. The newest revision mentioned here fixed everything.

Your problem sounds like the motor may be starving for fuel???? How long was the bucking/hesitation? When did you last change the fuel filter?

I doubt it was starving for fuel since I had already driven 80 miles and after the episode I drove another 250 miles with no problems. I was not pushing the truck hard at all. I had the cruise set on 70 and no load on the truck at all. I change my fuel filter every second oil change so it's almost new...... Fuel pressure was fine also..
