2000 dodge ram 2500 trouble code PO121

got my power puck in early august 2009 put it in and after 2 days i start to feel this surging every time the transmission would shift into 4th gear and 3rd gear. i took it out and kept having the same problem thought it was transmission slipping and so did aamco so i got the transmission rebuilt and then kept having the same problem aamco told me it could be the accelerator pedal position sensor or my ecm and pcm needed to be reflashed. i also had bad connection on my battery cable and fixed that and the porblem went away. i plugged the puck back in a couple weeks later and then got the same problem after 3 days. reset the throttle sensor a few times to temporarily fix prob. finally replaced sensor and took puck out. it also threw the PO121 code which is the APPS code. do you think that the power puck caused this porblem and is it safe to put it back in or should i return it for another one?

Yeah, send the puck in for warranty by filling out an rma request form and we'll check it out.
