Vehicle: 06 Caddy Escalade ESV

I cannot install performance tune, since it fails twice trying to backup the original stock tune. I can however view vin# and live data from the truck's ECM. Anyone have any ideas? Is it possible the predator is defective?

that's it?? doesn't say "unsupported vehicle"? or "not licensed for use with this vehicle" ?? heh, I have no idea then...

sorry, i thought you meant the error code,

it says: "Format Fails", select to close. Then "Unable to Backup Original tune (-13)"

it says unable to backup, vehicle may have performance tune already (which I know it doesn't!).... i Hope that helps, but i am afraid it doesnt look good

Update... I had to send it in for service, possibly bad memory chip. They received it 1-18-10. 30day timer begins...

Received this Monday:

Sorry for the delay, my technicians have your Predator and are trying to get it tested on a vehicle computer. I believe they are having some trouble with the PCM we have over there for testing. I will keep you posted on the status of this RMA and you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as its ready to be shipped back.

****Another Update******

I still do not have my predator back... hopefully they are making some progress.

******Final Update*********
They couldn't fix the problem so they sent me a brand new predator in the box.
Now, I am waiting on Monte to get me fixed up with a tune.
