Well I just got out of my car in a real hurry and my leg caught the obd II cable and yanked it right out of the trinity. The connector on the unit itself is now broken out of place and the trinity doesn't work. What is the process for sending the unit in for repair and how much will it cost?

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this kind of accident haha

You're the first! No one has done that even with the Predators of which thousands have been out for 2 years.

Luckily the GTO has a fuse pannel directly above the OBII port and bellow the steering wheel. I put the excess cable in there, and run the wire out the side to the top left to the dash. No tripping on the wire for me.

I guess I'm number two...

I'll be filling out the rma as well... I did the same excact thing... Pulled over to say whats up to a freind. After having a good day at the track this was a bummer...

how much did it cost to fix it? i just bought a brand new one. had to put it in while it was dark and i'm gonna pay for it now

i broke my connector somehow just trying to plug it in. the pin got pushed in to the connector and thats all she wrote. go figure

Aarcuda72032, Mine done basicly the same thing. i filled out an rma and sent it back and got mine back repaired in about 3 weeks
