Touchscreen concern

I've had my trinity for approximately 1 1/2 months and yesterday the touchscreen stopped working. After searching this forum, someone had the same problem and it was recommended that they loosen the screws on the back of the unit 1/2 turn. I did this today and the touchscreen does now work. I narrowed it down to which corner of the unit is giving the problem and everything is fine as long as I dont tighten that 1 screw. Should I be concerned that there is a problem with the tuner or just not bother as long as I don't tighten that 1 screw?
