I just recieved the trinity t1000 for my 09 chevy silverado it doesnt show hardly any graphics no background images just icons and numbers when i go to dragtree all i see is white numbers on right and the tree on left no pretty backgrounds or anything also when i go to tune it only offers diablotune 87 octane and modify stock wher is the 91 or 93 octane tune

I have never seen anything like that...

Does it boot up to the main menu when you plug it in?

Can you access any of the other menus?

can you get into the "Options" section and then select "Show Information" ??

what does it say for the revision number/file?

subscribed...I have the same background issues...v.1r07
also the logo option only displays a blank screen...no animation and no animation on boot-up

please help....really dull to look at

please reboot the tool , it should come back.

I have rebooted it several times and no change. There was never any type of background on mine since it was plugged in last thursday.

OK, please try reloading the 1r07 crom file.

also, after the update, go in and select your vehicle again please under change vehicle type.

Reloading the latest crom file worked...thanks Mike!

Same Issue!
I have reloaded the firmware 5 times and still NO background or graphics.

try reselecting your vehicle from the change vehicle type menu.

Ok I found the issue... you MUST reinstall the main (1st) CROM and NOT the incremental update. So once I reinstalled the PRODUCTION CROm graphics were there. I the reinstalled the Incremental ROM..... All is GOOD!!!
