05+ GT Spark Advance

Hey everyone. i'm currently using the diablosport 93 oct tune on my 06 mustang gt. Love it.
A question, my trinity logs spark advance to be between 28 and 31 deg. at wot 2nd gear. I use 95 oct fuel. I read somewhere that at 25 deg total advance u get the most power. Should i be adjusting some settings or is this ok?
Also my knock sensor reads between 1000 and 3000 A/D counts and about 5000 mv at WOT. Usually during ignition it may record 65000 mv for a split second so i guess 5000 wouldn't mean knock right? at what value should i be afraid?

Only way to know if adjusting this wil help is to test it on a dyno or at the dragstrip....
