Trouble Code and suggested setting for a 17,000lb truck

I have a Predator U7170 version 9R04 on my 2000 Ford F550. I'm getting a fault code of P0541 "Intake Air Heater A circuit low".
1. Can anyone explain what that fault might be?
2. I have 3 performance settings to choose from (Tow/Econ, 85 H.P. and 110H.P.) and with my truck weighing 17000 lbs. I figure it's like towing everywhere I drive and the 85 H.P. setting I want to use, says not to tow with it. Am I currect in "only" using the lowest Tune that says it is for towing with fuel economy in mind?
B.T.W. my truck often runs idle for hours at a time to operate the P.T.O. and everything about it is stock.
Is there a custom tune available for my particular situation or do you think it would be ok to use the 85 hp setting except for when I do tow?
Please help as I do not want to cause any damage to my truck/equipment as it's proper operation is vital to my Business.
