Can anyone tell me if I purchase one of these U7130 what parameters will be available to changes on a 2003 Dodge 3500 5.9 cummins . when you read the brochure it says that it is vehicle specific

you can load the tunes that are on it, there are 3, you can also get the rkl tunes from here and put them on, they are real kickass but if you have not built your truck they will tear it apart.
it is said you can turn off the speed limiter on this tool but I have not found the place to do it and really don't care as 100mph is plenty fast enough for 7000lbs of bulk. hope this sheds a bit of light on your ?. I really love having mine and love the tunes, I mostly run on the extreme setting get good milage and great driveability

what are rkl tunes? can you add with or without timing?

they are at the top of the forum page to download. there is some wth timeing and some without. make sure your tranny or clutch is ready for them if you use them hard, they are kickass for sure
