Diablosport for 2007 Tahoe download/upload

I just recieved my programmer. I when through it and uploaded the performance tune. I drive the truck but do not notice anything different at all. I when back to put my parameters in and not it wont put my original setting back. I have tried to change tire sizes and cant, i have tried to change top speed limiter and can't. I have been on hold for Diablo for an hr as of now and no answer. How in the would does anyone get help? Do i just send this thing back? oh wait, I cant since I cannot get my orginal setting out of it. Seems like i got screwed for 350.00.

you went to OPTIONS > TROUBLESHOOTING > RESTORE ORIGINAL BACKUP to put the original stock tune back on, right?

also, what error messages did it give you on the screen when it wouldn't do it before??

Thats the problem, I cant communicate between them. I cant put the orginal back and cant put anything in. I was told the programmer I just got had an old version (Brand new) and i have to update it. Well to update it you have to put the orginal back in the truck. It a circle of crap. Im ready to get a lawyer and the new media!!!!

when the predator is powered up and at the main menu, there's a number at the top of the screen... that's the revision number...

what is that revision number??

I have the old version. That bothers me since I just bought it. I cant upload the new version until I put my computer information back in my vehicle. Here is the problem, I can't since the predator will not do it because of the version. I can't even send it back because of that. I have a town truck on the way so I can take it to the dealer to have my orginal computer re flashed so I can start and drive it.

I thank you for trying to help but I'm just screwed our of 350.00 right now, then town truck then dealer fee. The crazy thing is Dioblo does not seem to even care!!!!

I am sorry that you got an old predator from your diablo dealer. That was not diablosports fault. The tech support is a little shorthanded right now as I know Mike Litsch is out of the office till monday. Your problem is ridiculous though. 1 hour for tech support is extreme. Your dealer should be helping you get this resolved since your truck down.

your experience is not normal but nevertheless could have been avoided by your reseller and diablosport.

there was only 1 tech support guy in the office running the whole show, so yeah, phone times were long...

but, your reseller should be a stand-up guy and trade that thing out for a new one... that is NUTS and I would certainly not stand for it man... I would raise holy hell... that is your dealers issue/problem... I would return it to him for a full refund, since it does not work for your vehicle... so, he sold you a non-working item, and there HAS to be a return policy I would imagine...

so, return it, and get your money back - and then go to concoursdirect.com to buy a BRAND NEW one, on the latest/newest revision update, for only $299!

Your right about the issue. The Tech support fixed my issus and got me going. He was the only support there. He was more than helpful. I'm surprised he did not hang up on me but was rather paticent. I am extreamly happy now. Thanks Diablo support!

good to hear. Monte is great. I glad to hear that your issue was resolved. They get shorthanded on the tech line sometimes and wait times and get long.
