Battery terminal removal good or bad?

I bought my predator 7194 and installed on the truck (08 silverado) and now I want to lift the truck. There is a little bit of welding in installing the lift so I was gonna unhook the battery. If I unhook the battery will I lose the predator settngs? Should I set back to stock and then unhook battery or what is recommended?

Yes go ahead and disconnect all your parameters will remain, but it will clear the memory in the pcm/ecm and the normal re-learn will happen afterwards. The transmission will also require a re-learn if the battery is disconnected for longer than 20 min. as it will also loose its memory and relearn afterwards also.
So for the first 75-100 miles drive it normal for the re-learn then giver!

yep, no worries... you will not lose the tune in your truck...

like Ill_Born said.. only the learned items, like fuel trims, emissions readiness tests, etc etc will get reset - which is normal... those are relearned by the ECM and will settle back in after about 100 miles are put on...
