I tried, but it will not take the crom, the latest crom it will take is u7194-9r10, when I do the 14 it hangs on "installing bootloader" screen...thanks for your input though.

what does the dialog box on your computer at the end of the update?
If it says the update is complete you can just power cycle the predator to see if the resets and shows the new revision at the top of the menu screen of the predator.

i did that, when i plug it back in it says that the file is missing or corrupted...Cant update...

yeah, that predator you have doesn't sound like it can handle the newer, bigger revision updates... you'll have to wait for Mike to get back on Monday and respond...

How long have you had this Predator?
If it is under the 2 year warranty, fill out an rma request and send it in and well get you taken care of.

I sold him the Predator last week when I bought my Trinity. He is sending it back to me and I'm refunding his money. What are my options with this thing if it's not under the 2 year warranty? Also, how much internal memory does the Trinity have? I don't want to run into this same problem a few years from now and not be able to sell it because I can't update it to support other vehicles due to the files being too big for the units that are a couple of years old.
