Predator won't read my pcm after dealer reset it

Long story short, i had a predator tune in my 2006 charger daytona for 1.5 years, and then my car got broken into and the bastards stole my predator along with some other stuff. So my perf 93 + cai tune was now locked to my car. Couple of months ago i picked up another predator thinking i can get the dealership to reset my pcm to stock and then use the new predator.

So today, the dealership reset my pcm and now i go to use this new predator and blammo..it's telling me that there's a pred tune already in my charger and now it won't play nice..i mean play at all.

Dealer has confirmed the reflash, so what steps do i need to take now? I saw a bunch of options on the predator for force this, and force that..but what can i do? Is there some secret handshake that needs to take place now before this predator can work?

Ah, just found a thread that mentions this...

You didn't restore the Original Backup before taking it in?
If you had the 93 installed and they flashed the PCM with a different calid then I don't think the Predator would have worked with it and you would have had to call DS to have it reset (after faxing in the work order from the dealer showing they'd flashed it..


So it looks like i need to fax and call ds with this information..cool
