Not able to update to latest revision

using usb to serial with correct drivers
shows com4 but yet when i do help tool info says no tool connected

if i select autodetect it just cycles between com 3 then com4

Should i be able to still update the revision if i am at 2.07?

that old 2.07 revision model predator can not be updated via the internet downloadable crom revision updates...

you would need to send it in to diablosport for the $99 upgrade... then you'd get a new model that CAN do internet downloadable updates, save/record data logs, newer updated tunes, etc etc.

Is it normal that tracking shows my programmer was delivered to Diablo sport on march 12 and i received tracking from diablo that a package has been shipped to me on march 15? I would be happy if they sent me the new programmer that quick but guess a little worried that something was wrong with the rma and they are just sending me my old one back as i thought it was 30 days once they received it.
