D7157 04' Dodge Cummins 3500.

These are the connectors, I went and purchased a reader just so I could erase codes, if I have to, haven't done anything yet. Truck even kinda sounds like it's missing a little too, i'm scared.

Oh, well, thought you had a new extreme puck...

That puck looks pretty old and beat up, did you buy it new?
What are the issues you are having exactly, and what codes are you getting?

Brand new, from what I know, looks new too. I plugged it in and it ran great, then one afternoon, I go to start the truck and it just cranks and cranks. I unplug it and go back to factory, and it runs fine, but seems to be missing some, still runs fine though. P 0148 is the code it is throwing, i just erased it and ran it unplugged and it did not throw it again.

Yes, that would cause these issues for sure...

I changed the filter and opened the water valve opening a little came out, but it seems like that happens everytime. It sure is missing a lot now, runs fine though, rough start and rougher stop, a big knock happens. What do you think. Anything
would help.
