I have the r27 for my u7130 and trying to get the r28 for your new puff tunes it keeps saying the file format is not recongized?? My baud rate is right i downloaded it off the down load page and my comm is right too?

hopefully johan or mikel will see this and help you out,are you getting that "file format not recognized"on the predator or the ds loader?you updated it from r24 to the r27 you have now right?so we know you how to do it.this is a crazy problem.im sure its somthing simple.

I think you e-mailed me, lawrance on a yahoo account. If that was you i sent you the crom file through e-mail, maybe your web browser is corrupting the file or something.

nope didn't work again here is exactly what it does-- i start the download then it says importing from pc then the message file format not recongized shows up then I hit continue and it says start pc send at 115200-then when the pc says it's done the programer says download failed??

The computer acts like nothing is wrong and all went well the programer is the one saying all this

Is your compressed send box checked? If so uncheck it

no it's not checked I tried it both ways

Hmm, not sure what it could be then, I would say your best bet would be to call our tech support line and have one of the guys go through it with you, too many variables to try to troubleshoot over forum posts.
