03 Silverado U7193 v9.XX Wont turn on

Yeah so programmed my truck a week ago, I was going to do a data log today. Plugged in the tuner and no startup or even lighted screen.

Tried a few times, nothing. Brought it inside and plugged into AC adapter and it fired up.

Any Ideas?

Check the fuse to your cig lighter. The data link connector (DLC) you plug into usually shares that circuit. I had that problem once and that's what it was.

yep ^ ^ ^ ^

sounds like a blown fuse... the cig / power port fuse also provides power to the OBD port... so check your fuses...

Both Cig lighters have power, fuse is good. the lower right pin on the truck OBD port has power and still no start-up. Super uncool.

well, if it powers up ok with the power adapter, or if you plug it in to another vehicle's obd port, then it is definitely an issue with the obd port in your truck...

Alright, it turns out the solder connection on the green wire (power) on the programmer side broke. Pulled it apart, re-solder, good as new! Data log tomorrow
