problem with no listing for my 2010 chevy silverado

i have a diablo trinity with the latest updates installed. but it will still not list my vehicle (a 2010 chevy silverado 1500 5.3l v-8) i have tried from both my pc and my truck. also when going through the programing process in the truck after asking me to turn on the ignition and please wait it asks me to make sure that the ignition is turned on. after trying several times it asks me to unplug unit and try again HELP !!!
