Because the Trinity throws all kinds of interference. My guess is your key fob doesn't work very well either with the Trinity plugged in does it? See this thread:
http://diablosport.com/index.php?name=P ... ic&t=21418 Not that you will get any answers because apparently DiabloSport doesn't care about an issue they've known about for nearly a year...

If you could have been a fly on the wall in our weekly staff meeting that we just had, or could see the chain of emails I have going with our bosses, you'd not thing we dont care, I can assure you of that...

That's all well and good and I believe there are people that care there. Unfortunately nothing has been done about it so as a whole it appears as though DS doesn't care. Plus, I figure the more I bother you guys about this stuff and the more public the issue becomes the better chance of getting it fixed.
BTW, how's that serial input work coming along?

So it has been over a week since this meeting and the best you guys have is hoping a different cable will solve the problem? Please tell me you guys have made more progress than that. If not, I find it very hard to believe you are actually looking at this.

getting to a rf chamber is apparently not as easy as it sounds...and very expensive, but it is starting to look like it may be needed. We are still investigating the possibility that it is something on the CAN bus causing the interference, since it is all on the same bus.
