Do the diablo tunes alter the electronic throttle control tables?

the only throttle settings that get adjusted are the % throttle position for when it lets the ecm go into WOT/PE mode... (but there are other criteria to meet as well - rpm, map, etc etc)

for example, instead of having to be at 80% throttle before WOT/PE mode kicks in, the Enable PE fueling table could be adjusted so that you only have to be at 60% throttle instead. I'm not saying that's what it IS adjusted to, it's just an example... because it's different for every vehicle...


but as for the actual throttle itself - if you're asking can you make it so that when the throttle is at 30% - can you adjust it in the tune to make the ecm think it's at 50% - then no... nothing like that is changed/adjusted/available in the tune file.

I did sell it. That is just something I was curious about. That was the most noticable benefit of the predator was the throttle lag.

well the throttle lag is due to a PE delay setting in the tune... when you jump on it, there's a delay before it kicks in to WOT/PE mode... the diablo tune removes that delay...

and getting your fueling dialed in also gives you quicker throttle response...
