sounds like there may a problem with the harness.
Id look into having it replaced by the dealer you got it from, if not, fill out the rma request form on our site and we will take care of it.

I just received my power puck (D7157), and my truck ('04 3500) is doing the same thing. Is there anything that can be done without having to send it back?

Check for corrosion on the terminals on the harnesses.

Checked everything and also changed the fuel filter, and still does not act right. What would be the next step in tryin to resolve this issue?

Any ideas? If I am going to spend the money to get something like this, I would at least like to be able to use it without having to worry bout messing my truck up.
