cummins 6.7 epp wrong harness

I recently purchased a p1040 epp for a 6.7 cummins in a 2008 ford f-650. I plugged the box in per the directions and the truck would not start. I noticed that the harness has an extra set of plugs that the directions did not address. I checked here and foudn the post below about a 6.7 in a dodge that would not start. I checked my harness with the pics in that post and they are the same and the units were bought around the same time. It appears I have recieved a duramax harness as well. How can I get the proper harness? I have called the tech line 5 times today and could not get through.
