I just updated my U7194 and when i plugged it into my car it did not take a backup...and when i went to program my vehicle, it said that i need to update my tool...I have had this thing for over a month and still am not able to use it....

I have never been so unsatisfied with a product nor it's companies support...

Understandable, we are currently working on an update for this part number, if everything goes as planned it will get done this week.
