Downloader not responding after power cycle message, Win7

I just received my tuner and currently am trying to update to the u7193-9r08 version. I can connect to the tool fine but anytime I try to send the update file I get the message to power cycle the tool and the program instantly goes non-responsive and locks up. I've tried leaving the tool off until I get to the reboot screen with the same results. Anyone have any ideas as to why it keeps hard locking for me?

What version of DSDownloader are you using? 2.2.1.4?
Are your removing the power from Predator (unplugging the connector on top and reinserting?).
I notice your Predator has slp7199 and your trying to change it to u7193-9r08.
