U7146, v.9r07b univ rev2
2004 Mustang GT, V8 4.6
Check engine light came on after I installed custom tune. Stays on.
Code P0405.
Car is running well.

thats an egr code, have you modified that in any way?

I know that's an EGR code and this car has not been modified in that way.
Now what should I do?

not sure, something is wrong withthe egr valve likely

this car has only 9000km.
installed custom tune, road test 10km , check engine light came on.
i erased the code with a diagnostic scan tool and started the car and the code came back within one minute. Did this twice.
p0405 is a circuit code between the egr and pcm and there is no problem with the egr valve.

any other suggestions?

If you think it is the tuning, reflash the vehicle back to stock and see if it comes back on.
