Is there a predator for a 2006 6.0 Vortec Max?

I love my Duramax and the Pred, but a buddy of mine wants a Pred to tune his 2006 6.0 Vortec Max. He tells me it is a 345 HP engine and may be different than the usual Vortec. If the Pred will tune it consider one sold. Is it just a matter of checking the old 8th digit on the VIN?
Sure appreciate your help on this one.

Tell your buddy to pick up a U7192 for his 06 truck....it'll at least give him a shot at that Duramax!

Timu8 - I have a 7192 and run the 93 tune on my 06 VMax.....I got it more for the ability to change shifting and adjust for larger tires though. I'm really not sure what all is modified in the tune but I think any hp gain comes from leaning out the fuel mixture, not from added timing. But tell your friend he will pick up a few ponies. Just don't expect a huge sop difference, 20hp on a 345hp motor is really hard to "feel". I think he might give you a good run but I know those DMax are fast! So I'd like to hear the results when you race.....

I knew I could trust the forum! I sure appreciate the quick response. My friend will indeed order the predator, he has seen the difference it has made in my 6.6. and it will do just what he is after in terms of shifting and tires just maybe not quite as dramatic. I'm sure he can already dust me off the line! Those are pretty lively 345 ponies under the hood already.
