found a deal on ebay for diablo sport U7191...PRICE TOO LOW?

I purchased a new diablo sport U7191 for $290. Now I notice no one else is selling this low and have become concerned. The seller has an excellent rating of 99.7% with 1700+ sales so it looked like a reasonably safe deal. My question is...has anyone found this product at this low price or is this obviously suspect. When it is delivered I suppose I can verify the unit is legal by providing the serial number to diablosport.com?

when you get it, plug it in and check the "Last Tune Written" - it should NOT say Custom Tune or Diablo Tune, etc etc - if it does, then it's locked and you can't use it.

I bought mine from a Diablosport Authorized Warehouse Distributor, and I got mine for $319 - that's the least expensive I was able to find it anywhere... so if this guy on eBay is an individual seller, yeah, he could sell it for that.
