05 power stroke

I just had my 05 powerstroke redone, new egr and oil cooler as well as head gaskets, I am wondering what the best tune is for me. I am looking for better fuel mileage and the ability to pull my boat(3000lb), Should I use the current version installed on v7r84 or should I update to the newest version
Any and all help appreciated,
As well how would I go about calibrating my speedo for 36" tires after I install the tune or is that even possible

you will likely need to update for sure.

No speedo calibrations currently.

I did end up updating to r10 just wondering what the advantages are of going to r11. as well am I able to revert back to r10 if I am not satisifed with the newest update. I appreciate you help
