U-7194 on a 2010 Chevy Silverado

Just purchased the Predator (U-7194) for my 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z-71 4X4. The vehicle is a 5.3L, and the only things I have done to it is add a K&N high flow air filter and replaced the stock exhaust with a 40-series Flowmaster (single in, dual out). Will the "canned" 93 octane perfomance tune be sufficient to add to the performance of the truck, or are there any recommended "tweaks" that I should do as well?

It will be night and day from the stock. As for sufficient, that will be up to you. I am not knowledgable enough to tell you what tweaks to do, but I can tell you that LEW on here id a tuner for these things and that is the route I took. yeah, you can do data logs and get your fueling dialed in better (you need the pc interface kit to connect your predator to your Windows PC)...

Thanks guys...Downloaded the necessary programs and data logged the truck. According to DSLogRedux, everything is dialed in right out of the box! Quite a difference over the stock GM tune, and a boost in mileage too!
