how do i get the new revision of the tune on my trinity so my tranny will shift to second and my cable broke where it plugs in to the tuner can i get a new cable a tech guy told me about an rma but i dont understand how to fill it out for that???

and o yeah the tuner wont work for the truck either

just fill out the rma form and send us the unit so we can inspect it and repair it.

i got the cord taken care of and um yeah i downloaded the new file for the 6.4 and as soon as it says cleaning exhaust filter if i get on it even 50 percent or more it has trouble shifting it also wont show any gugaes well it will show them but they have noting on them

try reloading the 1r07 crom file to the Trinity to fix the missing images.
