i have a strange noise in my drivetrain and ive heard that one possible problem could be a dying fuel pump. Could i use my u7198 to monitor or log my air/fuel to help determine if my pump is going bad? Its a stock 01 Firebird. Bare with me im new to tuners. Thanks to all!

i would advise renting or purchasing a fuel pressure gauge. This will tell you for sure what your pump is doing. LS1's have a test port on the fuel rail to tap into to test for fuel pressure.

any recommendations for a make/model gauge? im always looking to add to my toolbox.
