So, its our fault the customer cut the harness?
The harnesses have changed many times over the course of production, so I cant just tell you what wire goes where.
And again, the harness he cut should still be plugged into the unit, so if you order a new switch from us, it should plug right inand relace the loose, cut wires you have now.
If I still dont get it, maybe you should post a pic of what you are trying to explain.

yeah it wont unplug from the unit all those wires run together into the puck it was cut right at the little plug that comes in at the switch and i dont have the old switch or the little plug that goes into the switch and i did buy a new switch from you guys and i cant use it cause it needs to have that littel plug on the end of the wire to plug it into the switch there is only three wires that go to that switch i have tryed just splicing them together in different combonations and it does not seem to make a differance in power at least i can not feel any differance

This is a tough one....since like I say, the wire locations and colors have changed many times throughout production...
