update the trinity to the latest incremental release...

Done, it gets thru half the download then says it can't save the program.

I have the same issue. It has the same code an save it can't program the truck

Try hooking up a battery charger a while before trying the download again and leave it hooked up during the download. The electric fuel pump running the whole time might be dropping the voltage too low. I have had this happen with a different tuner.
