Water in fuel light with Delta Chip installed

I have a Delta chip I bought from a friend off his 2001 F350. Installed in my 2001 F350 and my "water in fuel" light comes on. the chip gives me great performance but the light will not extinguish. Can I have the chip re-flashed for my vehicle? where can I get it done at?

Yes, I can post a picture tomorrow after I pull it back out and give the exact numbers off of it.
