Problem with U7135 Calid 68041663AA

Hoping someone may be able to help me
I have a new Predator U7135 crom version v.9r23
When I connect it to the vehicle and select performance tune I get an error saying Calid 68041663AA is not supported
I have applied the latest updates but still no good

The vehicle in question is a 2010 Chrysler 300c SRT8 RHD (Australia)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It does not ask you to do a calibration update?

No I have tried everything but I dont get prompted to do a calibration update
What can I try next ?

Updated crom file to 9r23b
But still getting the message:
Predator does not support calid 68041663AA. A Tool update might be available.
Is there another update available ?

OK I have applied the lastest update - 9r25
But still I get the error saying Calid 68041663AA is not supported

Was the latest update meant to resolve this issue ?
It wpuld sure be nice to be able to actually use this tool...

Hey blackcloud im also in australia and had the same problem in february and the damn thing is still in the box sat gathering dust i spent hours on the phone to usa trying to sort it out and was told its an export vehicle and isnt compatable by diablo sport and the guy i purchased it from sugested fitting an old model ecu ? i gave up and was hoping maybe later on down the line it might get sorted out.Any luck let me know.

What is your Calid ?
Have you tried loading the latest 9r25 crom file ?
As I understand it others are getting Predators to work OK with Aussie vehicles...

I was told its because we have the newer models mine is a 09 but i dont know to be honest i lost interest and just logged on again today to see if anything has been sorted.I will download the 9r25 in the next couple of days and see what happens

have updated predator to the 9r25 and low and behold wont work i get the same calid message as you and an expensive paper weight let me know if you get any joy from diablosport with this im not wasting anymore cash on phone calls and they dont seem to have a solution to this problem

I have updated the Predator with the latest crom file 9r26
However it still says Calid 68041663AA is not supported !
Is there anyting I can do to help with a solution here ?
