Will a custom tune for a 2006 F350 make this truck JUMP out of the hole or will Rev 18 also deal with this issue along with injector issues?

Some of the tunes do not have certian parameters adjusted causing a this code. There have been quite a few custom tunes sent out which i have still yet to hear feedback from customers on this forum. I would like to know if that has fixed their issues.
