pontiac gxp 2006

trying to install flash program, found and disconnected the OnStar & radio fuse. plugged in, doors closed, everything off and turn the key to "on" position but no power. I have power to cig lighter inside and outside of center console. what am I missing? or is this thing defective? using the U7191

don't need to pull the radio fuses.. only have to pull the onstar fuse...
does the Predator power-up with the power adapter??

you didn't get the PC Interface kit?? the serial cable and power adapter?? It doesn't come with it, you have to purchase seperately... It's Diablo part number U7777...
you can get the stuff at radio shack as well... it tells you in the user manual what product numbers to look for at radio shack...
you're gonna want them, trust me... for downloading the data logs to your PC, updating the Predator with new revisions and tune files, etc etc...
