2002 Trans Am - need help with shift points

I am kind of new to changing the settings on the shift points. I thought I had the car to shift from 1st to 2nd at 6000rpm, but it actually shifts right at about 5600rpm in wot.

The only parameter I changed was the upshift rpm, is this right or is their another way?
