I would like some step by step help in removing/raising my speed limiter on my 1999 Ford f-250/ 7.3 liter diesel, utilizing the diablosport predator product # U7170. Also, can the speed limiter be changed after having installed a performance tune, or does the vehicle have to be in stock tune mode?

The supplied tunes in the Predator automatically raise the speed limiter to approximately 125 mph.
