I was getting ready to install a tune for my car and everything was going fine untill the code specified above came and said to contact DIABLOSPORT. Would I be able to take the predactor to a authorized dealer and have it looked at or send it so you guys can see whats wrong with it.

1. Your Predator part number (from the sticker on the back).

Predactor U7146.

2. Your vehicle's year, make, and model.

What was the full error message?

Is the tool updated to the latest 9r07 revision?

I doubt that it was updated...I have downloaded the program from this website to update the tuner but the computer won't read it either. Can I send it in and have it unlocked and fully serviceable for my 03 Mustang Mach 1.
