Tire size can be corrected, yes.
MPG gains average 2-4 depending on driving style, maybe +5 MPG with some testing...
Stock trans is cool with the 85 HP tune, as long as you dont beat on it a lot.
No need for exhaust if you are not planning to make tons of power or beat on the truck.
