High pitch whine when EXT RKL PUFF loaded?????

05 cummins U7130 9r05.....I loaded the rkl puff tune today and my truck had a high pitch whine coming from under the hood. Almost sounded like a powersteering pump when the flud is really low. I only drove about 100 yds. and had to turn around. I re-loaded extreme and it went away. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am curious as to what could whine under the hood and then just go away with programming. All I could think of was the CP3. I hope nothing was damaged......Any thoughts are appreciated. I want to run RKL because quite a few guys on here seem to get better mileage that way, but I don't want to damage the truck......

Maybe a boost leak?

I unloaded it then reloaded it later that day and allwas well....I didn't like that tune as much as extreme or performance stack though. I'm gonna try RKL stack and see how that drives....
