Mike L or Don C

Post by Jpritchard »

I know everyone is having a problem out of the 9 trucks, But my question is, I have an older cal id I believe. It is vxcf5h5 and I am having the same problems that they are having. Terrible fuel mileage and stock power. I took the programmer out of my truck and have really been debating on an SCT but I loved the predator before. So I guess really what I am wondering is can you do anything for the older cal id's? Can someone just write me a badass custom tune to try out or something! Please Help! Thanks Guys

I have our new tuner looking at the tunes for th eolder cals to see if/why they were changed, and we will work on getting them back to where they were.

I sent you an older crom.

BE SURE to restore the stock tune before updating the tool, and let me know how it feels.

You will never believe this Mike I loaded the older crom the night you sent it to me planning on putting it on the truck the next morning, I went outside and the truck wouldn't start. Called Ford told them to come get it and The problem was the FICM That is just my luck now I have a new FICM and probably am stuck with these other guys. Thanks For all your help.

Ugggh...that sucks man.

We're still working on the VXCF9 stuff to try to make it better.
