After custom tuning AC will not turn on. When returned to stock tune AC works just fine. Must be a glitch in the software. Attached is the custom tune with the glitch, PLEASE FIX!

I have the same exact problem on my 2005 GTO M6 with the Trinity device. If I flash a custom tune file, or built in Diablosport tune, A/C will not work. It seems like the compressor will not kick in but funs will still work and I get warm/ambient air. If I flash stock original tune, A/C will then work. Running latest firmware for Trinity and latest DSDownloader. Some odd bug with the E40 and Trinity?
Noticed it when we had a 96F day on Wed. Not fun with no A/C in that weather... A quick fix would be very very much appriciated..

All right Mike give us some good news! When can we expect to see a fix for the glitch in the CMR software?

Its not CMR, it is something in Trinity doing it....

Gotcha. Only an assumption since AC worked just fine with Diablotune prior to custom tuning, using CMR software.

Still question remains time frame? When you had to build my CALIDS for my GTO when I first bought the device and it wouldn't work. You told me a date the engineers were slated to work on the project. Ten days later just as you had said I received my crom file and was up and running.

"Still question remains time frame?"
It takes about thirty mins. then you reinstall your stock tune and enjoy your AC while you eat!

Bump for the new week!
Any ETA? This is kinda big since it seems it's affecting all older U7191 (Now merged into U7194 on Trinity..) vehicles. (A LARGE chunk of vehicles... Even though it's the Trinity..), and the fact that it's summer when A/C's in full use makes it a bit more prudent. Perhaps something with U7191 set got messed up when they were migrated/imported into the U7194 set for Trinity?
