What kind of increses will i see if any? How do others that use the trinity like it? I ran a predater sometime ago and seemed to be a nice and cleaner unit than the smarty. Thanks for any input............Brad

Hello, I need to ask you a couple questions in reference to your truck:
What version is your Trinity on, what power setting did you install on your truck, what power setting is the Extreme PowerPuck on?
What modifications have been done to your truck (hard parts wise).
You mentioned you had an issue with a check engine light on the phone this morning: what was the trouble code?

I have the trinity on extreme and the puck off. The latest vertion i have is v.1t07ac born 5/12/2010 14455. I have a 62.65-.70 turbo, ddp75hp nozzles,4'' ss exhaust, afe stage 2 intake. I took off a smarty revo tnt, dr.p pressure box, and a x-monitor. The code stated overboost po234.

OK in talking to my tuners here trying to diagnose the issue it looks like the aftermarket turbo/injectors combo has to do with the over boost code. What my tuner recommends is an aftermarket boost fooler for the truck that should alleviate the over boost code.

If i installed a boost fooler then the boost gauge would only show x amount and not total boost. If so then where do i install the fooler before or after the puck? Thanks..............Brad

if you are using the EXTREME power puck. it is a boost fooler, but only when turned on.

This is correct, most of the EPP applications do boost fooling, with the exception of 6.7 Cummins and 6.0 Fords...

Had a epp issue this weekend. While cruising down the road it started to pop thru the exhaust and at the same time it would puff black smoke out the tailpipe and deatonates (ping). I disconnected the puck and problem went away. I have noticed that with the trinity programs installed it idles rougher than with the stock programing installed. Otherwise it runs good. Any ideas?

My guess is thats related to the injectors...have you tried the high idle option?
