How to tune for LT headers?

Dual exhaust (southern comfort pkg)
Spectre 4" CAI

I've previously installed a spectre CAI and got it tuned to that setup; Now, if I were to install some LT headers such as OBX or Dynatech...how would that affect the tune? Would I need a custom tune at that point, or can I use the predator to compensate? What should I expect?
